At Wood Dekor, we take great care in crafting and delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. Each product is carefully packaged, inspected, and shipped to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 7–15 business days from the date of confirmation.
- Custom-made or “Made to Order” furniture may take 4–6 weeks to produce, depending on design and size.
- Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an update via email or WhatsApp with shipping and tracking details.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across India through trusted logistics and courier partners experienced in handling furniture items.
- Our standard delivery time after dispatch is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
- In case of any unforeseen delays due to weather, transport issues, or natural calamities, our team will keep you informed.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable areas.
3. Delivery Process
- Our delivery team will contact you before arrival to confirm availability.
- Delivery includes doorstep delivery on the ground floor or up to one flight of stairs in the absence of an elevator.
- In case manual lifting is required to higher floors without a lift, the customer is responsible for arranging assistance.
4. Packaging & Handling
- All furniture is packed using high-quality, eco-friendly materials to prevent transit damage.
- Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If you notice any external damage to the packaging or product, kindly mention it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at 9783828189 or support@wooddekor.com with photos.
5. Shipping Charges
- We offer free standard shipping on most products across India.
- For large, bulky, or customized furniture, additional shipping charges may apply and will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
- International shipping is available on request — charges vary based on destination and product weight/volume.
6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
- If delivery is delayed due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or any reason beyond our control, re-delivery charges may apply.
- In case of non-delivery or lost shipment, our team will either reship the product or issue a full refund, based on your preference.
7. Custom Orders & Preorders
- Custom or preorder items are crafted specifically for you and therefore may have extended lead times.
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
8. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

9. International Shipping (Optional Section)
- We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
